​Hopi Ear Candling is a natural ancient therapy used for centuries. It is a pleasant and holistic treatment used for a variety of conditions. A Hopi Ear Candling session lasts around 45 mins. You can add on a 45 minutes Rieki treatment to compli​ment the session. First consultations will be slightly longer to accommodate filling in a general health questionnaire.

About Karen

Karen BA Hons, Dip Hyp is a professional and fully qualified holistic therapist and member of the following:

She has a great passion for and experience of holistic therapies, having used them herself since being a teenager. Many of Karen’s therapies are recognised by health insurance companies, including Health Shield, Westfield and Medi-Cash. Eg under the Health Shield ‘health and well-being benefit’ Karen can offer the following therapies (in brackets are acronyms of the professional bodies she is associated with/qualifications):

Joanne is a highly qualified therapist with years of experience. Joanne is qualified in Reiki, Reflexology, EFT/tapping, Hopi ear candling, Swedish body massage, and Indian head massage. 

Joanne works as a phycological welfare practitioner within the NHS and offers holistic treatments privately at Bawtry Natural Health. Joanne is very spiritual and is currently training as a shaman. 

In her spare time Joanne loves to forage and make her own teas, oils and creams with some of the ingredients she finds. She also makes smudge sticks which can currently be found for sale in the shop.
